EXPANDED COOKIE NOTICE
During browsing of our web pages, personal information and data may be collected by voluntarily filling out forms contained therein; in this case the data subject must first read the associated data processing information and consent to the management of this data by our company in the manner indicated therein.
To provide more information or facilitate user navigation, our web pages may host links to other sites not run by us (e.g. search engines, solutions connected to suppliers etc.). The data processing policies applied by such sites are not under our control and the protections provided by this notice do not extend to them; our company accepts no responsibility for personal data that may be collected there.
It is also possible to access the Site without being asked to provide any personal data. However, the IT systems and software responsible for running the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, by means of files stored temporarily or permanently on your hard disk (so-called Cookies) and thanks to the use of other downloaded or activated software components during browsing.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but even through its very nature, alone or in association with other information, it could allow identification of the user. This category includes the IP addresses of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URL of the requested resources, the time of the request, the size of the file obtained in response, etc.
This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site (such as, in particular, the number of accesses), to check its correct operation, to speed up, improve or personalize the level of service to users and is deleted immediately after processing. Providing data is optional; refusal to provide such data, blocking of cookies or other software components could make it impossible for us to send the requested information and/or result in non-fully correct site functionality.
The collected data will be processed exclusively by company personnel appointed for this purpose and will not be transferred or communicated to other subjects. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties; save for this eventuality, contact web data is currently not permanently stored.

Detailed information on the use of cookies and consent to their use
Definitions
Cookies are brief text fragments (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (browser) to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookie) or later, even remotely over time (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, based on user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies can be used to collect information on user behavior and use of services.
In the following part of this document we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies simply as "cookies".
Types of cookies
Based on their characteristics and use, we can distinguish different categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These are indispensable cookies for the proper functioning of our site and are used to manage login and access to reserved site functions, generally to speed up, improve or personalize the level of service to users. The duration of cookies is either strictly limited to the working session (closed browser are deleted) or of longer duration, aimed at recognizing the visitor's computer. Their deactivation may compromise the use of login-accessed services, while the public part of the site normally remains usable.
- Analysis and performance cookies. These are cookies used to collect and analyze traffic and use of the site anonymously. These cookies, while not identifying the user, allow, for example, detecting if the same user returns to connect at different times. They also allow monitoring the system and improving performance and usability. Disabling these cookies can be done without any loss of functionality.
- Profiling cookies. These are permanent cookies used to identify (anonymously and non-anonymously) user preferences and improve their browsing experience, in order to send advertising messages in line with preferences expressed by the user during web browsing.
Third party cookies
When visiting a website, cookies can be received from both the visited site ("owner") and sites managed by other organizations ("third parties"). An example is the presence of "social plugins" (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) aimed at sharing content on social networks. The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites managed by third parties. The management of information collected from "third parties" is governed by their respective privacy policies, which should be consulted.
Cookie management
Users can decide whether to accept or not cookies using their browser settings.
Please note: complete or partial deactivation of technical cookies can compromise use of features reserved for registered users on the site. On the other hand, enjoyment of public content is possible even by completely disabling all cookies.
Disabling "third party" cookies in no way prejudices site navigation. The settings can be defined specifically for different sites and web applications. Furthermore, the best browsers allow defining different settings for "proprietary" and "third party" cookies.
As an example, with Google Chrome click the English key in the top right corner and select "Settings". Then select 'Advanced settings' ("Under the hood") and change the Privacy settings.
Below is an example of the main cookies used. This is an indicative list that should be completed/modified based on the cookies actually present. Users must be given the option not to download non-necessary cookies.
This site uses
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google") that uses analytical cookies installed on the user's computer to allow statistical analysis in aggregate form regarding use of the visited website.
The site manager has activated IP anonymization and signed up for data processing in compliance with European discipline dictated by Directive 95/46/EC.
Advertising cookies (remarketing, segmentation and targeting) from Google and Facebook
These cookies are used to provide advertising spaces that may be installed by third parties. Some serve to recognize individual advertising messages and know which ones have been displayed and when, then allowing ads/publicity relating to certain products to appear, upon visiting other affiliated sites, based on the user's browsing history. A technical identifier is attributed to users but personal identification data such as name or address is never collected.
Other advertising cookies are used to hypothesize a "profile" of the user's browsing in order to propose advertising messages in line with their behavior and interests on the network. This "profile" is anonymous and the information collected via these cookies does not allow identification of the user.
In particular, the use of “Google Analytics” and “Facebook Ads” services including the so-called "advertising feature" should be mentioned.
These refer to web analysis services provided by Google and Facebook using analytical cookies installed on the user's computer to allow statistical analysis in aggregate form on use of the visited website, as well as enabling profiling of Site visitors (identified by "detection cookies") based on information contained in their "advertising cookies", concerning three categories: age class, gender, marketing segments.
To ensure greater transparency and convenience, for each of these sites the privacy policy web address is reported as well as methods for cookie management and option to deny consent to cookie installation:
